I’m Yaroslava Nikolaeva — a fitness coach with 17 years of practice and a degree to back it up. Alongside training, I’ve been diving deep into Human Design and Astrology. I handle every stage of prep that belongs to a coach’s role.
A word of caution before choosing this path. Competition prep is not a quick fix — it demands time, energy, resources, and health. Make sure you truly have all of these before you start.
Otherwise, it will feel painfully frustrating when you can’t drink with friends, skip nights out, or live by their schedule — because during prep your life becomes disciplined, structured, and yes, “selfish” in their eyes.

  • If you’re under psychiatric supervision, this program is not for you.

  • Gynecological conditions will not be solved during prep — in fact, they may worsen.
